How does Digisell work?

Digisell allows you to buy royalty-free scripts, themes, plugins, print, graphics and mobile apps from independent authors.

Because files are generally priced quite cheaply we use a system of depositing cash so that you don't need to keep running credit card transactions for each item. This is particularly useful for items priced around $1.

What is Copyright?

You can find a full definition of copyright on the U.S. Copyright office website and how it relates to international copyright relations. Here is a short description:

Copyright is a legal concept that gives the creator of an original work exclusive rights to it. The copyright holder has the right to choose if anyone else can use, adapt or resell their work and have the right to be credited for that work.

Only the copyright holder of a work may do the following:

  • Make copies of the work and distribute them
  • Create derivative works or alter the work in any way
  • Sell the work in either it's original version or in an altered form

The creator of a work retains copyright to it even if they don't expressly tell you so. The only way you can get copyright to do the above is if the original copyright holder gives you permission to do so in writing.


How long will it take Support to answer my support ticket?

Support is open everyday.

Support tickets are generally answered within two working days, however complex support tickets may take longer.


Can I deposit any amount I want into my account?

The minimum deposit into Digisell is $5, and the maximum is $500.


Is there any other way to pay besides through PayPal?

Yes. You can use all major credit cards through PayPal or Bitcoin without setting up an account with them. 


How do I deposit money into my account?

After login, click on the Make a Deposit on the dropdown menu by hovering your username. This will take you to the deposits page.


How long does it take for PayPal transaction to appear in my Digisell account?

Usually the transaction occurs instantaneously, but in some situations there can be a delay of up to 12 hours. If payment still not credited into your account after 12 hours, please contact support, making sure to include:

  • Your PayPal Transaction ID
  • Your PayPal Email Address
  • Transaction Date & Time

and we'll make sure it's all sorted out.


How can I use the files that I have downloaded?

You may use the files you download on websites, multimedia projects, PowerPoint, internal systems and just about any other project, except in products for resale.


I am having problems downloading a file.

If the file you have purchased is not downloading for one reason or another, please contact support. Please include the file name and a link to the item page, as well as your member name.


Can I get a refund on my Item?

We do not refund unless Item:

  • is malfunctioning or corrupt
  • item does not match what Item description claims

We do not refund your purchase in the following situations:

  • The reason for the refund is you have made an accidental purchase. 
  • The reason for the refund is you don't want the item anymore.
  • The item is not working as it should because you do not have the expertise to use the item correctly.
  • The problem is caused by a misconfigured environment is not by a defect of the item itself. 
  • If the purchase is more then 30 days ago.


How can I refund my account balance?

If you need a refund of your account balance, please contact support and send a message with subject "Refund" and give us these required informations:

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Username
  • Your Email Address
  • Refund Amount
  • Your Account Number ( we only accept PayPal and Bitcoin)
  • Your Message

The minimum amount for refund is $2. This means that any balance below $2 can not be refunded.

The refund transaction fee will paid by you and it will be reduced from your requested amount.

The refund process may take up to 2-7 business days.
